My new groomer (here in Wisconsin) grooms the dogs behind a fence, but right out in the open of her salon/store. Piper is super-dramatic when going to get groomed--shivering, cowering, saddest lil thing ever. But when we walk in, Piper perks up and is completely calm and relaxed when Lisa holds her...I looked for a groomer for year before finding someone I felt I could entrust Piper; and Lisa listens to me, even takes notes as to my grooming requests. It's a tricky bit this grooming business because one never knows--not really...ONLY WITH MY GROOMER IN SPARKS NV, WITH CAROLYN, WAS I EVER COMPLETELY SURE AND COMFORTABLE. I think Lisa is doing a terrific job and we're thrilled to have "found" her...
