I think this is a big problem everywhere. Every summer there’s cases where people leave an animal in vehicle on a hot day. And even on days that aren’t particularly hot, it can still got hot inside a vehicle. Everybody hears warnings on the radio and police announcements related to it and there’s laws in lots of places about it. I have no idea why people haven’t clued in about how dangerous it is.

Even at an event where you’re surrounded by dog people, such as at a dog show, actually every single dog show I’ve been to except for 1, they have to make an announcement about removing your dog from a hot vehicle otherwise they will break the windshield. I just don’t get how people are clueless about it cause every single year there’s stories about dogs dying in hot cars. Whether it’s at a grocery store or wherever. So many people are blasé about the issue like they don’t really care. I know everybody knows about it. It’s not like new education. I just kinda have the viewpoint that a lot of people just don’t really give a care. It’s sad.
