This law was just passed last week, I will be looking for signs in large parking lots like Walmart and mini malls. I cannot tell you how many dogs I have seen in the summer with windows open a few inches. I take pic of license plate then wait for the driver, then give them hell, tell them it's against the law to leave dogs in hot car, and take another pic of their plate hoping they will not do it again.

I have gone in stores and have had the plate # announced and say the dog is over heated, then wait for driver. I have called state troupers but driver usually gets there before the trouper does and I do cancel that call.
I just cannot leave that parking lot knowing a dog is locked in hot car.
This past summer 2 little yorkies were left in a huge supermarket parking lot. The family came out with an over flowing cart, the husband actually said to me he was in the drivers seat the entire time, I called him a liar and showed him the pic I took of 2 yorkies alone in the car. He sped off.

In Pa. we have many fireworks stores, out of state ppl can buy but it's against the law for Pa. residents to purchase fireworks.

Just before July 4th 2018 Pa. past a new law that residents of Pa. can now buy fireworks, there are huge signs all over it is now legal for Pa. residents purchase fireworks.
My new year resolution will now be to see if we can get huge signs posted all over about it is now against the law to leave animals in hot cars.
