That sounds like liver shunt to me. We have had a member who’s dog didn’t show issues until well into being an adult. I would test for liver shunt. It would be very abnormal to be hypoglycemia right after eating, even if it were hypoglycemia that would be very concerning for an adult dog and mean something bad was going on. Have you done any testing? What is the vet recommending you do?
