Max and Sasha do the same. Max will wake me up 2 hours before my alarm goes off by walking up the entire length of my body and stopping on my chest. I will open my eyes and his nose is literally one inch from my nose and he is motionless, just staring at me with his "OK buddy, I gotta go pee" look! So I will take them both down, let them do their business, give them a treat and I go back to bed by myself. They usually then curl up in one of their beds together and go back to sleep also.
