Well I know as a human whose birthday is 2 weeks before Christmas, I
always hated combined birthday/Christmas.... My 2 grandsons birthdays are
3 weeks apart and we always make sure they have separate parties. Now
since we treat our dogs like kids I would do them separate.. but then maybe
dogs don't have that same feeling about birthdays.. just me.. but I would do
them separate.
