Breeders who have any idea of what they are doing, know that they are breeding pups with a liver shunt disorder. When they continue to breed this, it is clear they are not reputable and are only after the money.
In this day and age most breeders do genetic testing on both the sire and dame to stop that type of disorder.
Ladyjane is correct there are no Yorkie teacup or tinies in the breed standard.
