So sorry about your little one - it's so worrisome when you're not sure what's going on.
You're totally sure - no change in foods, or new treats..?
The horrible smelling portion was likely her anal glands emptying - so it may be that her anal glands are getting full. I would not recommend that, off the bat, you start getting them manually expelled by a groomer or vet. It's wayyyy better to try to let her body do this naturally, if/when needed.
What are you feeding for her regular kibble or food...? If I were you, that's what I'd be switching and evaluating before doing anything else.
