Thank you for rescuing this little girl, my heart just breaks when I hear stories like this, crated 24/7 and used as a baby making machine.

This is going to take time for this sweet lil girl to get use to having freedom from a cage. Not eating is not unusual for rescues. She is going through a lot of changes now, and freedom from a cage is a huge issue, something she never had. Are you feeding her the same food she was eating with these other ppl, it is important to keep her on the same food as she is going through a lot of changes in a new home and you are a stranger to her, what she does not need is a new food that will cause stomach issues. If you are not happy with the food she was eating with these other ppl you can change it later when she is settled in. If you have changed the food, I suggest go back to what she was eating before.
Try sprinkling grated Parmesan cheese over her food, most dogs love the smell of the cheese and will eat. You can also boil boneless chicken cutlets and offer it to her, most dogs LOVE chicken, just do not make it her daily food supply, what you want to do is to get her to eat.

If by now she still has not drank any water I would make chicken soup, no salt, no onions, carrots for flavor is ok. After the chicken is cooked let it cool and settle, then skim off as much fat as possible, add a teaspoon or 2 of the broth to her drinking water, just enough to give the water a lil flavor, to much broth may make her drink the entire bowl of water which could cause her to throw up what she just drank. You can save the broth by poring it into ice-cube trays and freezing it, you can add a frozen cube to her water until she gets settled in.
This lil girl will need a lot of TLC and a lot of patience for her to get use to freedom. For now, I would not offer her free roam of your home, it may be to over whelming for her, all that open space, I would start her off in a small room, the more comfortable she becomes the more space you can introduce her to. Every thing has to be done in baby steps with her.
The most important thing of all is to get her spayed when this heat is finished. That is a must do to avoid mammary tumors and Pyometra which can be fatal.
