I had a pack of 3 females, all now have passed.They were all 3 years apart. In my experience it took a couple of months for my older ones to fully accept the wild child puppy. To stay on the floor and play with her.
Roxie needs more time to fully adjust.
Always make Roxie #1 in getting fed first, meaning put her food bowl down first, make Roxie the first to get pet when you are gone and come home, first to get a treat. Make sure Roxie has a safe haven, a place to get away from the puppy. Roxie is to know she has not been replaced. You will see, they will be BFF, Roxie just needs more time.
