Cody is 12 pounds, chest is 16 inches and 13 inches to base of tail, the med. fits perfect easy to put on providing you don't have a Cody that stiffens his hind legs making them not flexible to get into the back leg openings lol, what a trip he is lol. Reviews I read (after I already put my order in lol) were, being they are made in China they run smaller then the chart size, it was suggested to buy the next larger size, I bought the size the chart had and it's a perfect fit, reviews also suggested to hand wash them, there are no washing instructions on them.
