What would you do if you were vomiting daily for several days in a row? Your baby can't talk and tell you how he feels and ANY material change in their behavior, not to mention frequent vomiting, needs a vet has always been my rule of thumb. Sounds like that baby needs some professional help. Any dog vomiting foam more than one day should be examined and evaluated by a vet. He's likely getting dehydrated, losing electrolytes, but being a dog, he's trying to hide how he feels. Dogs are stoics by nature, they hide their illness/injuries in order to survive. Vet check couldn't hurt and might just keep him from anymore needless nausea, suffering. Imagine being nauseated enough to throw up for days!!!!!
