Good ol vinegar and water..not the dark the clear. Put it in a spray bottle and everytime they pee ..spray and scrub that spot. If you have light colored carpets you can put a little bit of bleach in your carpet cleaner with the cleaning solution and it will brighten your carpets disinfect them and take out stains. I had carpet in a rental we own and it's light beige..by the time I was done the carpet looked brand new..
