We have the hawk, coyote, and owl problems here too. I am a nervous wreck even when I am with Shelby in the yard. Nothing I could do if a hawk swooped down. I only take her out when I have someone else to watch the sky with me...or she is on a leash.
I heard of one woman who was outside with her little poodle and she watched a hawk pick up her dog and fly away. just horrible. |
