I have no day care experience, what I can add is, my kid knows many commands and tricks, he's fine with his commands in the house, (no distractions) when we are out and about there are many distractions and it's hard for me to get his attention. What I am doing is getting him around more ppl, more distractions so he gets use to noise and movement and re-enforcing the watch me command. I don't agree with what this behaviorist told you. yorkiemini is 100% correct.
