I can totally relate to how you feel!! We too live in the "woods" and there are hawks flying around not to mention the huge bob cat! Hubby has one of those camaras you set up in the woods to take pictures that's motion activated. When he developed the film a few months ago, there was a picture of one of the biggest bob cats we've ever seen (when I get home, I'll try to remember to scan it in and share). A couple weeks ago, I had just let Gabby and Gage back in when a neighbor's cat came into the yard. The bob cat jumped the fence, and went after that cat - we could hear the chase and the "yelling" for several minutes. My babies no longer go outside by themselves....just too dangerous, even with a fenced in back yard! So get that bb gun! I, for one, don't blame you. |
