Call your own vet and they will have a message at the end to tell you where to go in an emergency. If he will eat cook some chicken and white rice , don't rinse the starch from it and see if he will eat it , but you should get him to a vet. I would call all the ves in the area even if they are closed there will be some sort of out of hours service.
