I am unsure where you would buy this! But yes it was a line on the ground controlled by a remote, run on batteries, with a plastic bag attached to the line. This was a fun run at a local event, it was $10 per dog per run. They host lure coursing type events all over the place as well.
I think I am going to get him involved in Fast CAT which is open to all breeds and it's a straight run.
