Have a chat with your vet to see if it’s anything medical but also consider retraining via crate training.

I use Stanley Steemer’s pet odor out and stain remover products. Have been very pleased with both. I get my carpet cleaned every 3 months . I don’t need to restock that often as accidents are few and far between but I know the frustration of the potty accident.
