I will say that I trained with an expen with my first yorkie and it was an unsuccessful mess. Reason being pads can be like carpet to a dog so if you have rugs or carpet the dog can be inclined to use it indoors.

I suggest crate training. Dogs don’t like going in their space they rest in . Smaller confines and a consistent outdoor potty time with positive praise will lead you to less headaches and potty training woes.
