Lucky them,
the other day I read someone from Brooklyn NY refused to allow them to release his name, said he lived in a bad neighborhood and bad things would happen, he was told he had to have his name publicized and had to be photographed holding that big check in front of him, if he refused he wouldn't get the money.
This SC person is lucky they can remain anonymous.
