It might be, but a slightly elevated BUN is really very common and can happen for so many benign reasons...I just don't think that alone would warrant 2x a year full blood panels. I was remembering back to Wylie too and even with all his issues, 1x a yr was still the recommendation. We always coordinated it with his dental.
