All dogs can run away outside and be aggressive it’s not just one sex or the other. I waited until 8 months with my youngest and it was a HUGE mistake because he started marking and it was to late I had to train him not to do it in the house. All baby teeth should be out that are going to come out by 6 months and the vet knows which teeth are baby teeth and can pull them no matter when the neuter. My oldest male was neutered at 6 months and no marking.
