And that is what you should do, neuter and remove any baby teeth at the same time. You also have to wait for his testicles to drop. A male's penis can come out of the Sheath even after neutering, and humping can also continue. If lil Mike starts humping just remove what it is and give him a toy he can bite on, at 15 weeks old he is to young to be neutered.
