| Males—Females, Females—Males
I have heard, in theory, that with yorkies and other small dogs, BOY dogs prefer the female significant other, and GIRL dogs prefer the male s.o.
I don't know how accurate that really is.....but it's true with us. Sully is MY dog, all the way. He loves his daddy, but when I leave, he's always pacing the house looking for me, and when my husband Eli gets home before I do, and lets Sully out to pee, Sully runs around the yard like WHERE'S MOMMY??
At first this frustrated my husband, that our dog preferred me, but now he's just like, whatever, mommy pampers you, I understand.
