Is she eating regularly? It sounds like you are feeding her on a schedule. I would suggest free feeding (leaving the bowl out with food 24 hours) until she gains weight. Boiled chicken breast and white rice is usually something they will gobble up. Maybe a little bit of that to supplement the regular food? On the bright side I am sure things will work out. On the not so bright side yorkies are not cheap to care for. If I walk away from the vet with only a $187 tab I am happy.
