I would definitely just get the one done. It is a very hard and painful surgery and recovery time so prepare yourself for that. It's hard to see them like that and the first week to two weeks is the worst. Callie's got like that and I did surgery on it and a year later the ACL tore so it was another big surgery. Callie has had 3 surgeries one to fix an ACL and LP at the same time in one leg, then the other LP in one leg and then then a year latter ACL in that leg.
