I don’t give combination vaccines as I believe this caused my first yorkie Troy to develop a form of encephalitis where he eventually died. There’s been research on combo vaccines and small dogs and this has been an area of concern.

I don’t give lepto either as it’s not prevalent in our area and as others have said yorkies don’t react well. Bordatella we give bc we go to places with other dogs and it’s required. Groomer, kennel. And we live in a neighborhood with lots of dogs so that’s a protective measure to prevent kennel cough.
