Lepto has been known to cause issues in Yorkies so generally unless it is very prevalent in your area I would not get it. Also with small pups one shot at a time or it’s to much for their immune system and body. I am a fan of bordatella but I would have gotten it at a different time. I have had pups who had no issues with shots, one who gets really grumpy with a bit of pain at the shot spot and one who has to take Benadryl before and pain meds for three days. Your pup sounds like they are having some pain. I would call the vet for pain medicine.
