I haven't been on here in years but really didn't know where else to turn to for advice.

I used to feed Lilly Natural Balance dry food. She's a very picky eater and had some teeth issues so, on my own, I switched her to Blue Buffalo wet pate food. She laps it up and loves it but I think it is causing her some gastro issues. This past week she has woke up in the middle of the night or early morning and is puking all in my bedroom floor. Her puke is either dark yellow/orange bile or straight yellow. After the puking episode, she spends a hour hacking like her throat is irritated. I feel so bad for her and it's wearing this mama heart down.

She had a dental done 2 weeks ago and they only had to end up removing 4 teeth so her teeth weren't as bad as I thought so my thoughts are she doesn't necessarily have to bee on a wet food but I do need something so she will eat dry food if I go that route.

I've noticed when I research the Blue Buffalo food, there are other dogs with gastro issues on the food.

I need to know what I need to do. I feel I need to get her off this food ASAP but I also know you have to transition dogs to new food so it won't cause upset stomach, etc. Should I go back to Natural Balance dry food? HELP!
