 Crate/Cage vs X Pen
Our puppy Milo is now 9 weeks old. Potty training has been meh so far. He has been using his pad but I would say having equal amount of accidents. My husband who works shifts, lets Milo roam about and isn't really too concerned about getting him to his pad *insert eye roll here* !! However, I work 8am to 4pm four days a week so I'm going to try and get him on a routine that works well with my schedule.
I would like to get an X Pen for potty training, safe play and an area he can be in when we aren't home, but unfortunately I just don't have the space for something like that.
Has anyone used a larger sized crate and sectioned off a part for their pup to use the pad inside the crate?
Is having a pad in his crate and one in the hallway too confusing for him? |
