Be patient and give Attica time to adjust to things like this. Always keep a big smile on your face and an upbeat attitude anytime you deal with him and pottying or going outside in the rain and lots of kibble or treats at the ready. Sing or hum a happy song, be extremely positive(even though you're feeling EXACTLY opposite and stressed), keep a smile on your face through thick and thin and stay relaxed, as if the extra time and steps you're taking are the best things in the world! He'll begin to associate rain with a happy you and accept it. You can get them past a lot with a happy-acting, always positive attitude.

Things you think or actually are huge problems as puppies eventually become adjusted to and a couple years down the road you can't believe how you stressed over it back when.
