My Cali will be 10 next month and still runs agility every week. We even compete! And sure, usually the screw ups are my fault, not hers😁.
She is in such great shape and I really believe it is due to the ongoing exercise she has gotten from agility - the old “use it or lose it” thing!
And...Cali loves it
