Welcome to YT, that's a yorkie thing lol. Keep your training to no more then 5 to 7 minutes per session, train only one command at a time through out the day, more then 7 minutes they lose their focus, get bored, short training periods is a must. Consistency and patience are key factors in training this breed. Happy praise and treat rewards when they get it right. When she has learned one command then more on to the next command, always high value treats and happy praise when she does what you are training her for. Never get angry or raise your voice, you need lots of patience, she will get there. Puppies are high energy dogs but with short and frequent training sessions she will get it.
