I'm not a vet, etc., but believe it's always better for her permanent teeth if those baby teeth come out in good fashion.

If you plan to have her spayed, try to arrange that at the same time the dental is performed. That way she only has to be anestesized once for both procedures.

She is still a puppy so they won’t do a full dental they will just pull the teeth. I have had to do it on all mine when they got fixed. Everyone joked Callie was a shark because she had almost all of her baby teeth not fall out.
