 Dental
My nearly ten year old boy loosened some front bottom teeth and the vet says they may be broken below the gum line. So tomorrow he has to have a dental cleaning, X-rays, and some tooth extractions. I did all the pretests and he seemed generally well, as did his physical. So the vet is going ahead. The vet is very thorough and I do trust him. He even came in on his day off to get the test results and relay them to me.
But I am really scared for him and ask for prayers that he will do well and be ok after the surgery.
Bless his heart, he is running around today not knowing what befalls him tomorrow, but I am a basket case. I know, he should be ok, but I still worry as anesthesia is always risky, even if a small risk. |
