Thank you all for your responses. I ended up giving Abbie something called Composure that the vet suggested I use if not comfortable with the Tramadol. It didn't seem to do much for her but we made it through the weekend.
Today she slept until 2:00 when we finally went in and got her up to go outside. I know she's slowly withdrawing and it won't be long before her time is here.

We're so unsure what to do. She's completely blind and yet she still cocks her little head when you say her name. She still "paws" you to get a little more belly rub. But sleeps all day and all night other than a a couple of hours here and there. She doesn't seem to be in pain and is slowly adjusting to her blindness but she has no spark. I know none of you can say anything to make the decision easier but just had to vent a minute.
