It may have taken her a while to get used to things and she may just finally be comfortable. It is very important you make sure the house is puppy proofed so she can't get into anything that might hurt her and make sure you have plenty of chew toys. You also need to get her spayed ASAP it is soooooo much better for her health especially if you can get it done before her first heat.
