I know what you mean about it being difficult to return online purchases. That's why I like buying dog kibble at the local pet stores too. Luckily for me, my city is FILLED with dog lovers. There are chain pet stores, small local pet stores within 5 to 10 minutes drive everywhere. lol...

I prefer to buy at stores this way I can browse, I take Cody with me and he selects his own new toy lol. It's a 35 minute drive to where all the big stores are, we only have Pet Supplies and PetSmart. A few years ago I asked Pet Supplies if they can order 4 bags just for me, I was told they have a standard amount they order, I was told by Pet Supplies and PetSmart this brand of Wellness core is not popular reason why PetSmart is no longer carrying it.
