This is my first post on this forum. I agree with max dog. A Breeder does know if those genetic deficiency’s are present in the dog. They know if they are passing on bad pops for the most part. A responsible breeder is constantly improving their genetics. Yes one might slip by but it doesn’t happen on a regular basis
