I'm so sorry you and your little one are dealing with all of this.
I do not have experience with the symptoms you mention and was never successful getting my little one to use stairs.
The vet is testing the blood and urine sample.
There is a neck condition known as "Atlantoaxial Luxation" that was recently discussed on YT. See the post, "

I have no experience with that condition; the symptoms of that disorder seem to be weakness and difficulty moving. I don't see that vomiting and diarrhea mentioned.
When did the vet expect the test results to be in?
