My heart is sad that you and your little one are going through this.

There are several threads on YorkieTalk about collapsing trachea. Recent posts are found in a thread started in 2013, "Got a Collapsing Trachea problem? News[.]"

Lynn ("MZLynnC") lost Luke, a precious three year old, to trachea collapse this week. Her posts appear on page two and three of the referenced thread. User gggrammy, also Lynn, has a 13-year old, Twinkles, who is just beginning treatment.

I hope the posts on that thread are helpful to you as you work through this with your vet.

Prayers your way.--KatysMom
