OMG I just read this thread and wish you ALL the best with your mom and your new puppy...I hope they'll both be ok ...so sorry about the loss of the other babies. That's really sad.
that vet treated this way too casually....I would be really upset with him ....
but for now ...just concentrate on your mom and baby and taking the best care of them that you can....
