I have been googling all day! The next dinner will be a pot roast but it will have to wait until tomorrow as tonight will be leftover night. My neighbor, who also has one, says it is great for making hard boiled eggs. 5 minutes to warm up, 5 minutes to cook, quick pressure release and 5 minutes in a bowl of ice. She swears the whole shell just slides off the egg. I can't stand peeling eggs.
