Chicken

I made a whole chicken on Sunday and the ribs yesterday. Both were fall off the bone. The actual cooking time for the ribs from raw to fall off the bone done was 30 minutes but it does take longer than that. It takes 10 minutes for the pot to get up to pressure to start cooking and I have read that it is better for the food to let the pot cool down naturally for 20 minutes to release the pressure instead of just using the pressure release valve which would release all the pressure in 60 seconds. After 2 attempts I love this thing! Now I am going to spend my days searching for Instant Pot recipes!
