Yes...aside from the fact she is able to get one paw out of it lol. She's grown a lil and has put on a slight amount of weight--I think--in the 2 plus months I've had her, but even when her previous owner had her that thing had to be sort of loose on her. It uses velcro, but isn't very snug.
