With Zeus, do you give bully sticks or anything similar? If so, that's likely the culprit as they're notorious for harboring bad bacteria - we've had dogs here get almost deadly clostridium.

On Zeu-Zeu - has the vet recommended Sucralfate...?
Zeus, a/k/a Zeu-Zeu (me and my nicknames), is on Sucralfate and Pepcid. We do not give Zeus or Perseus anything but their prescription food and low fat treats (absolutely no people food or chewies of any kind). I feel bad for them, but with their stomachs, we are simply afraid to give them anything. I was so thankful it was not clostridium. Of course, the inflamed intestines were bad enough, but she said it was bacteria rods in the small intestine. I've never seen him so sick.
