Genetic testing for diseases in Yorkies is in its infancy. I know that researchers are working on tests for conditions that are common in Yorkies, such as luxating patella and liver shunt, but the genetics of those conditions aren't simple, and progress is slow. The easiest diseases to test for are those caused by a single gene, and unfortunately, those two conditions are genetically complex. Also making things more complex is that genes that cause diseases in one dog breed don't necessarily cause a disease in other dog breeds.
