Did the vet/surgeon have feedback/reporting for you about how she came through the procedure? If you haven't already, would imagine you can call their office to express concern that she is shaking. Such a call might rule out that she is having a reaction to anything.
I'm sure having you there is a comfort to her...and likewise.
Hope you reassure yourself that you made a decision based on what is really best for her.
