I'd for sure want a urinalysis done asap. And at some point if it continues, an ultrasound would be warranted to see if something structural is wrong here.
Also, does she drink a lot of water...? If yes, I'd want to discuss diabetes insipidus and Cushings as things to possibly rule out. And I'd want full blood panels to assess kidney function for sure.
